The Sundance Home Owners Association (HOA) is a corporation organized under the Laws of the State of Florida. The Board of Directors of the Association and the operation of the Association itself shall be governed by the By-Laws and the Statues. Pursuant to Section 723.075(1), Florida Statutes, the Association shall be the representation of all Mobile Home Owners in the Park in all matters relating to Chapter 723. The Officers and Directors of the Sundance HOA shall have a fiduciary relationship to the members.

​The Board of Directors is charged with conducting the business of the Association in accordance with any/all Statues and By-Laws of the Association. The Board of Directors serves as the liaison of the homeowners to the Park Management. The board shall provide information and respond to the home owners queries as well as organize committees to conduct activities and provide entertainment for the benefit of the residents in conjunction with Park Management. The Board is additionally tasked with improving the relations for the betterment of the Sundance Community.
